Non-personalized orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt. Allow up to 2 weeks for personalized orders. Prompt notification will be sent if a product is out of stock or backordered.
Refund, Return and Cancellation Policies:
Refunds are not available for personalized products. Non-personalized product may be returned within 30 days of purchase with prior authorization only. Please contact us via phone, fax or email for return approval.
Once a personalized order has gone into production, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. While every effort will be made to accommodate changes to orders already in production, please understand that your order may be delivered wtih the imprint originally requested. We cannot guarantee delivery times from our outside vendors.
